These terms govern your participation in the SMS notification program operated by Pisces ATL for our open-deck DJ events.
The program
If you sign up for an open-deck slot at one of our events, the event operator may send you a text message via SMS when it is your turn to play. Volume is approximately five messages per week across all events. You will not receive marketing messages.
Consent
By writing your phone number on the paper signup ticket and signing the consent line, you agree to receive these notifications. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.
Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help or contact info.
Disclaimer
SMS delivery is not guaranteed. We are not liable if a message is delayed, undelivered, or arrives after your slot has passed. The event operator will make a reasonable effort to find you in person if SMS fails.
